Overview

This is an ASM WS1.1-500-420A-L30-KAB-AK, a draw-wire (cable extension) position sensor from ASM's posiwire® series, purpose-built for small measurement ranges up to 500mm. The sensor converts linear cable extension into a proportional 4-20mA current output signal, giving accurate position feedback for moving machine elements. Housed in a corrosion-resistant aluminium body, it's built for industrial environments where reliable linear position sensing is required.
