Overview

The IBC Control MiniMax is a purpose-built control unit for rotating heat exchangers, designed so rotor speed remains proportional to an incoming control signal, optimizing heat recovery efficiency. This 0.37kW unit accepts a single-phase 230VAC input and outputs 0-230VAC across a 1-100Hz frequency range, drawing up to 1.9A. It includes features such as torque boost at low RPM, an automatic cleaning function that briefly rotates the rotor after periods of inactivity, and a rotation monitor that trips with an alarm if the rotor stops turning unexpectedly.
