Overview

This is a Wenglor HW11PB2S491, a reflex-type photoelectric switch sensor with background suppression (also known under the alternate part number HW11PA3). Using a red light source, it detects objects within an adjustable sensing range of up to 120 mm, with a switching hysteresis under 5%. It operates on a 10-30V DC supply with a PNP switching output and is built with short-circuit, reverse-polarity, and overload protection for reliable operation in industrial environments.
