Overview

This is an Avigilon ENC-4P-H264, a 4-channel analog video encoder designed to integrate legacy analog cameras into a High Definition IP surveillance system. It transmits images over 100BASE-TX using H.264 compression to minimize network bandwidth and storage requirements, while an industry-leading motion adaptive 3D deinterlacing algorithm produces sharper, more accurate video free from interlacing artifacts.

  • Motion adaptive 3D deinterlacing: Produces sharper, artifact-free video from interlaced analog camera sources.
  • PTZ control via RS-485: Built-in RS-485 interface for controlling pan-tilt-zoom and dome cameras, plus an external I/O interface for alarms and relays.
  • ONVIF compliant: Integrates with Avigilon Control Center, NVRs, and other ONVIF-compatible video management systems.
  • Flexible power options: Supports 12V DC, 24V AC, or PoE (IEEE 802.3af Class 3), with up to 3 units rack-mountable in a single 1U space using the optional ENC-BRK1U bracket.
