Overview

This listing is a complete Beckhoff CX5010 Embedded PC station from the CX5000 series, supplied with Windows Embedded CE 6.0 and configured for TwinCAT-based PLC and control applications. The CX5010 is a fanless, DIN-rail-mounted industrial controller built around an Intel Atom Z510 processor, designed to run directly alongside Beckhoff's K-bus I/O terminals with no separate PLC hardware required. This unit comes pre-attached to a 15-module K-bus I/O set, giving a ready-to-mount controller-plus-I/O station straight out of the box.

  • CX5010 — Embedded PC, Qty 1: Intel Atom Z510 (1.1 GHz) processor with 512 MB RAM and a 128 MB CompactFlash card, dual Gigabit-capable RJ45 Ethernet ports, four USB 2.0 ports, and a DVI-D video output. Auto-detects E-bus or K-bus for I/O connection, runs on 24 V DC, and is fanless with passive cooling for continuous industrial duty.
  • KL1104 — 4-Channel Digital Input, 24 V DC, Qty 12: Each module captures four isolated 24 V DC binary input signals with per-channel LED status indication, contributing 48 digital input channels in total across this lot.
  • KL1002 — 2-Channel Digital Input, 24 V DC, Qty 2: Compact 2-channel input terminals with a 3 ms input filter to reject switch bounce, adding 4 further digital input channels to the station.
  • KL5001 — SSI Encoder Interface (1-channel), Qty 1: SSI master terminal for direct connection of an absolute single-turn or multiturn encoder, with adjustable transmission rate up to 1 MHz and configurable 24-bit data width.
