RoboSense RS-BPearl 32Ch 360° LiDAR Blind Spot Sensor, IP67

32-channel 360° mechanical LiDAR for close-range blind-spot detection in autonomous vehicles and robotics

Overview

This is a RoboSense RS-BPearl 32-channel 360° LiDAR sensor, manufactured by Suteng Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., designed specifically for close-range blind-spot detection around vehicles, robots, and other autonomous platforms. With a 360° horizontal field of view and a wide 90° vertical field of view, the RS-BPearl is built to be mounted low on a vehicle or machine to cover near-field zones — detecting objects as close as a few centimeters away — that forward- or roof-mounted LiDAR units typically cannot see. Its IP67-rated, weatherproof housing and wide operating temperature range make it suited to continuous outdoor deployment in autonomous driving, robotics navigation, and industrial automation applications.

Key Features

  • 32-channel, 360° mechanical LiDAR: Provides full 360° horizontal coverage with a 90° vertical field of view for comprehensive close-range 3D sensing.
  • Ultra-close blind-spot detection: Detects objects within approximately 0.1 m or less, ideal for near-field obstacle awareness that other sensors miss.
  • High point-cloud output: Generates roughly 576,000 points per second (single return) at a frame rate of 10 Hz or 20 Hz.
  • Ethernet data interface: Streams point cloud data over Ethernet using UDP packets for straightforward integration with host processing systems.
  • Rugged, weatherproof construction: IP67-rated housing with an operating range of -30°C to +60°C, suited to demanding outdoor environments.
  • Individually serialized: This unit carries a unique serial number (2400BB0CFF97) and is marked with revision V2.1.3 for traceability.
  • CE certified: Certified for compliance with applicable EU standards.
