Overview

The Nokeval 6720 is a highly versatile, PC-configurable 2-wire transmitter accepting most common sensor inputs, including thermocouples, RTD sensors, mV signals, and standard process inputs, and converting them into a standard 4-20 mA output. Its 16-bit A/D converter and 12-bit output DAC provide high measuring accuracy, while galvanic isolation between input and output protects against potential differences across measuring circuits — particularly important when working with thermocouples. Configuration is handled via a menu-based PC program connected through the front POL-RS232 adapter cable, making setup straightforward even for single-unit orders.
