Overview

This is a complete machine vision assembly built around a Teledyne DALSA Linea LA-GM-04K08A-00-R, a 4K monochrome CMOS line scan camera with GigE interface and Teledyne's proprietary TurboDrive technology. The camera is mounted to a custom-machined aluminum baseplate together with an Avago Technologies HEDL-5540-A02 optical encoder for precise motion synchronization and an OWIS rotary stage attached to the front of the lens assembly for fine angular positioning. Together, these components form a ready-to-integrate inspection head suited to high-speed line scan imaging applications that need tight coordination between image capture and object motion.
