Overview

This lot includes five Control Techniques SM-EtherCAT STDT51 Option Modules, follower modules used in high-performance servo applications. Designed to add EtherCAT connectivity to compatible Control Techniques drives, they support high-speed cyclic and non-cyclic data exchange with low jitter for precise multi-axis motion control. This item is new, open box.

  • High data rate: 100 Mbps (100BASE-TX).
  • Fast multi-axis updates: Updates 40 axes in 200 μs (assuming 2 words command data and 3 words feedback data per axis, plus control word and basic cyclic sync data).
  • Low jitter: Less than 1 μs (less than 500 ns with Unidrive SP at 3, 6, and 12 kHz switching frequencies).
  • Non-cyclic data support: Uses the CoE mailbox for non-cyclic communication.
  • CANopen DS-402 profile: Supported for drives and motion control applications.
