Overview

This is a Manson HCS-3602, a laboratory-grade switching mode power supply from Manson's HCS-3600 series, delivering an adjustable 1–32V DC output at up to 30A total current (main plus auxiliary combined). Built with a compact form factor, auto crossover between constant-voltage and constant-current modes, and rotary encoder control, it's designed for demanding bench, production, and quality-control environments that need precise, repeatable power delivery. A built-in USB interface and remote control terminal extend the unit beyond manual bench use into automated and PC-controlled test setups.

  • Four operating modes: Normal, Preset, Remote Control, and Set modes cover manual bench operation, quick-recall presets, external/analogue remote control, and configuration of upper voltage/current limits.
  • Three-preset memory recall (P1, P2, P3): User-defined voltage and current presets can be recalled instantly for frequently repeated test or production setups.
  • USB interface with PC software / SCPI support: Enables remote programming from a computer, including cyclical operation with programmable voltage, current, and timing steps.
